Call for Participation: We are happy to announce a 2-day workshop sponsored by CRA-W and CDC focused on computer architecture, with a particular emphasis on the emerging prevalence of parallel computing. The workshop is targeted in particular for undergraduate women and under-represented minorities currently enrolled as juniors or seniors in computer science or computer engineering programs; however freshman, sophomores, as well as undergrads majoring in other related fields are also welcome to apply.

This workshop:

Students will be reimbursed for all reasonable travel expenses. There is no charge for the workshop. Anyone may apply to the workshop, but first priority will be given to women and under-represented minority applicants. Applications are due June 1st, 2008.

This workshop is organized by Iris Bahar (Brown University), Russ Joseph (Northwestern University), Margaret Martonosi (Princeton University), and Kunle Olukotun (Stanford University).
